At Aden, we focus on cultivating employee customer thinking, and establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships; at the same time, we take corporate culture as the development direction, complementing each other to cultivate our employees’ three-dimensional service concept. Our training program is built around four core features:

Feature 1: Strong service Awareness and core Skills

We prioritize customer-focused service and develop our employees’ technical skills and professional knowledge. Our training covers equipment management, digital technology integration, and safety awareness. Equipment maintenance is a key focus as it directly impacts operational efficiency and quality. Our training emphasizes professional knowledge, skills, safety, and compliance in the following areas:

  • Equipment Management Processes: Improving maintenance and update processes for different equipment types to meet the highest standards at every step.
  • Digital Technology Integration: Introducing digital tools for streamlined maintenance, optimizing equipment management processes, and improving maintenance work efficiency and accuracy.
  • Safety Awareness Education: Implementing EHS training at project sites to help clients establish a strong foundation for development.

Feature 2: Customized Training Solutions

We offer customized training programs for different industries and customer needs. We provide guidance on the maintenance and cleaning of precision instruments for electronics manufacturing customers. We design cross-regional, multi-site, unified management plans for corporate customers with multiple sites. We prioritize EHS safety training for customers in the chemical and oil and gas industries. Additionally, we focus on service etiquette training for international luxury brand customers to improve customer satisfaction.

Feature 3: Integration of Online and Offline Education

We offer various learning methods using digital platforms and professional manuals. Our online platform has over 1,100 internal resources and nearly 1,000 external courses. We also use AI technology to create customized training courses and tests based on our customers’ needs, particularly for remote training at new and multi-site companies. With our extensive facility management experience, we have created training manuals like the “Pocket Series” and “Sales Skills Handbook” to help new and existing employees quickly develop their skills and service awareness.

Feature 4: ESG Awareness Training

In working towards the “dual carbon” goal, Aden has included ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in its training. We have created a sustainable development model with ESG at the center and made sure that all employees can understand and apply these principles.

Until July 2024, Aden’s ESG training has reached seven major business areas nationwide, involving over 1,000 project sites and a total of 13,000 participants. Furthermore, 6,069 employees completed Aden’s ESG learning certification courses, with 301 employees earning UNITAR course certification.
