Aden wins new IFM contract with SPGS International School Chengdu

Aden has been awarded the lFM (Integrated Facilities Management) contract with SPGS International School Chengdu, a top educational institution established in partnership with St. Paul’s Girls’ School in the UK. The contract, starting in July 2024, will see Aden deliver complete IFM services including maintenance by our technical asset management team, food service, cleaning & hygiene, and security across both the Junior School and Senior School servicing over 400 students.

As with all standard Aden IFM contracts, the facility management’s efficiency will be reinforced using Aden’s digital platform, allowing systemic KPI reporting to the school and digital work order tracking for the on-site team. By combining digitalized data reports from across the different service lines, Aden will provide a robust picture of the site’s operations, environmental, and cost performance.
